YOUR NEW ROLE

As Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering hyperscale data center projects while providing strategic leadership and oversight across multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for developing new client relationships and strengthening existing partnerships, working closely with specialists in architecture, sustainability, and digital design to deliver innovative, inclusive, and resilient infrastructure solutions.

YOU WILL

• Lead and manage MEP engineering teams delivering data center projects
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and emerging clients
• Support pursuits, proposals, and interviews for new data center work
• Provide technical oversight across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ensure design quality, innovation, and alignment with mission‑critical standards
• Act as a senior client interface on key accounts
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical leaders within the team
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership on strategic growth initiatives

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• PE Licence
• Data Center Design and leadership experience
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Architectural Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in building services electrical/mechanical design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Eligibility for Security Clearance
