Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain information in Accounting, CRM, and other software programs
- Prepare operational progress and/or status reports for projects
- Analyze data to identify possible errors or discrepancies and collaborate with other departments to resolve
- Review open projects to ensure progress and proper documentation
- Maintain sales commission data and provide reports each pay period
- Follow established internal processes and recommend changes to improve operations
- Organize electronic and hardcopy files and records
- Provide administrative support for management as needed
- Serve as backup coverage for the reception desk
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of administrative experience
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic accounting and job costing knowledge (preferred)
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat to view, create, manipulate, edit, print and manage PDF files (preferred)
Offered compensation: $16/hr - $20/hr
