Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in St. Charles, MO, for an Administrative Services Coordinator. The Coordinator will perform essential administrative and clerical tasks, support communication and customer service efforts, assist with bookkeeping processes, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. The role requires collaboration with team members and the timely execution of organizational activities to support ministry efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage and organize workflows effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with team members, partners, and external parties professionally
- Basic knowledge of Bookkeeping for handling financial tasks such as tracking budgets or processing donations
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask within a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with organizational tools
- Previous experience in a non-profit or ministry setting is advantageous but not required
