Responsibilities
- Engage with residential and commercial clients to understand their lifestyle, business needs, and technology goals
- Design and present custom smart home and AV solutions that blend innovation with functionality
- Lead the sales process from initial consultation through proposal, closing, and project handoff
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Stay current on the latest trends in smart technology, automation, and AV systems
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and designers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent Endurance IT Services at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Qualifications
- 3 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in AV, smart home, or technology solutions
- Strong passion for emerging tech and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
- Technical aptitude and a strong sense of design and aesthetics
- Experience with AV systems, automation platforms (e.g., Savant, Lutron), or control systems (preferred)
- Industry certifications (CEDIA, Savant, Lutron) or relevant technical education (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
