What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Laborer/ Coatings Installer position at Endurance Coatings LLC?
Endurance Coatings, LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our commercial coatings crew. Experience is great but not required.
What you'll be doing
- Surface preparation, grinding, cleaning and masking
- Concrete repairs and commercial deck coatings/waterproofing
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Keeping jobsites clean and organized
- Working safely as part of a small team
- Using hand and power tools
What we are looking for:
- Reliable, on time and willing to work hard and learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Able to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders when needed
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation preferred
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
