Laborer
Pay: $22–$28 per hour DOE
Summit Landscape & Construction is a growing landscape & construction company serving Snohomish and parts of King Counties. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working laborer to join our team.
Position Overview
We need a dependable team player who takes pride in quality work and delivering excellent service to our customers. This is a hands-on field position involving a variety of landscaping and construction tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform general landscape and construction labor work
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and other landscape projects
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong customer service with clients and the public
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Prior landscaping experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with hand tools and power tools a plus
- Experience operating heavy equipment and machinery is a strong plus and will be a factor in determining hourly wage
- Reliable, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Must be able to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions
Compensation & Details
- $22–$28 per hour, based on experience (DOE)
- Hourly rate influenced by prior landscaping background and heavy equipment experience
- Full-time position
