Your mission is to kick dust, debris, and buildup out of homes and businesses so people can breathe easier and their systems work better.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
Clean HVAC ducts, dryer vents, and related systems.
Operating professional-grade equipment and tools
Crawl, climb, lift, and move—this is not a desk job
Spot issues like blockages or damage and explain them to customers
Removing dust, debris, and allergens from residential, commercial and industrial systems
Leave spaces cleaner than you found them (instant win)
Be the friendly, professional face of our company on job sites
Requirements:
Who This Job Is Perfect For:

You don’t want to be stuck behind a computer all day
You enjoy physical work and staying active
You take pride in doing things the right way
You don’t mind getting a little dirty (PPE included—we’ve got you)
What You Don’t Need:
No prior duct or vent cleaning experience required
No fancy degree
Field based, not office-based
We’ll train you. If you show up ready to work and learn, you’re already ahead.
What You DO Need:
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Comfort working on ladders, lifts, in attics, and tight spaces
Good attitude and basic people skills
Reliability—we’re a team, and teams show up
