Events Marketing Specialist

What is the role about?

The Events Marketing Specialist plays a key role in planning and executing trade shows and customer events that strengthen Endress Hauser’s brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position drives strategic impact by managing budgets, optimizing lead generation, and providing performance insights to senior leadership, ensuring events contribute to business growth. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and representative organizations, the specialist creates alignment across stakeholders to plan events that support lead generation efforts and foster long-term relationships with our customers.

Which tasks will you perform?

• Oversee planning and execution of trade shows and customer events.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment through event planning and execution.
• Responsible for setting and maintaining event budgets.
• Manage reporting on performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement opportunities focused on lead generation and role efficiencies.
• Oversee the capture and qualification of event-generated leads, ensuring timely and effective handoff to Sales for continued engagement and conversion.
• Create event programs that reflect the Endress Hauser brand and focus on delivering impactful customer experiences.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on event strategy, performance, and insights.
  
  

What do we expect from you?

You Will Have (required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications or Business
• Experience using analytics and reporting to drive strategic decision-making
• Some travel to events required
