Through a personalized 6-12-month program designed for new graduates, participants will move through key areas of our business, gaining hands-on practical skills, business acumen, and insights into our operations. Your individualized experience will be tailored based on your unique strengths and company demand, featuring diverse assignments and enrichment projects, all while meeting the organization's strategic objectives.
Through your NEXUS journey, participants will have access to a network of mentors, peers, and industry experts who will guide and support your continuous learning as you accelerate your career with us. Placement opportunities after successful completion of the program include a variety of roles in any of our US based locations.

Which tasks will you perform?
- Characterized by adaptability and a strong eagerness to learn, participants in NEXUS will support various organizational functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility in their approach. By engaging in diverse tasks, the Business Associate will acquire essential skills and knowledge, contributing to their professional growth and the overall success of the organization.
- This position collaborates with the cross-functional Business Specialist team, including exposure to sales initiatives, data reporting and tracking, budget planning, data/metric score boarding, and process improvement initiatives.

You Will Have (required)
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Internship, co-op or work experience in a business related and/or customer focused role
