- Create department-specific reports and dashboards based on a range of data sources.
- Take complicated problems and repetitive tasks and build simple, automated solutions.
- Evaluate internal systems and processes for inefficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and implement solutions.
- Work directly with managers, subject matter experts, and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
You
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or a combination of education and business experience.
- Experienced in using programming and analytics platforms, including Python, VB, Java, MS Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn other analytics tools.
- Proficient in data querying, report generation, and delivering clear presentations of results.
