Work directly with the CEO of Endowment Partners as a trusted strategic partner, supporting all aspects of the CEO’s daily routine and helping ensure seamless coordination across internal priorities, client-related projects, and external communications. This role supports calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence, project follow-up, Requests for Proposal, client onboarding, reporting materials, and day-to-day administrative needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to exercise sound judgment when handling confidential information, time-sensitive matters, and competing priorities. As part of a small, collaborative team, the Executive Assistant / Strategic Operations Coordinator will gain meaningful exposure to the daily operations of a boutique institutional investment advisory firm, including executive support, client service coordination, proposal development, internal communication, and firmwide project management.
