Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with the planning, execution, and successful delivery of electrical construction projects.
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate material procurement, subcontractors, and project documentation.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Maintain project records and assist with contract administration.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with field and office teams.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and support resolution efforts.
- Assist with monthly billings, job cost reporting, and project closeout documentation.
- Promote compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or assistant project management.
- Experience in electrical construction strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, project controls, and contract administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and project management software such as Procore.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial, healthcare, industrial, or data center project exposure.
- Experience reviewing drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred but not required.
