Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice experience
- Ability to independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Current DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Perform minor procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care
