We are a growing landscaping company located in the East Valley. We specialize in irrigation repairs/installs, tree trimming, ongoing maintenance, etc. We are currently looking to hire a Supervisor that will oversee two crews and may lead to more.
Duties and Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Help train and guide foremen and crew members
- Supervise all crews (maintenance and install)
- Ensure procedures are followed
- Ensure work orders are followed for accurate completion of jobs
- Assist with property inspections (quality control)
- Inventory control
- Consistently communicate with office
- Work on a crew as needed
Requirements:
- MUST be fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Clean driving record
- Experience in landscaping services
- Irrigation experience is helpful, but will train the right person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
