Corporate Card Management
- Responsible for maintaining the lifecycle of the College’s corporate card program
- Reviewing transactions for allowability, correct coding, and appropriate support
- Training and supporting employees, as needed, to ensure adherence to policies
- Evaluate and process requests for credit limit increases
- Monitoring activity for unusual pattens and coordinating with banking institution to resolve fraudulent charges
- Interfacing with credit card company institution to address issues
- Working with student clubs or departments to set up individual online payment pages
- Troubleshoot payment gateway issues and serve as the primary point of contact for external customers and students regarding refund requests or payment errors.
- Ensure all online sales are accurately reconciled against the general ledger and deposited into the correct funds.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger reconciliations to support closing processes
- Other duties as assigned

- Proficiency with Workday and Clover payment systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
