Who We’re Looking For
We are looking to hire to meet demand and growth and are seeking full-time team members who take pride in their craft and are dedicated to delivering to our clients the house of their dreams. Part-time team members may be considered for the right candidate.
Pay is commensurate with experience and all positions require a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Master / Lead Carpenter (7 Years Experience)
- Lead and supervise carpentry teams - Interpret and execute from drawings and plans - Perform high-level framing, finish work, cabinetry, and custom installations - Coordinate schedules, jobsite workflow, and quality control - Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients - Mentor junior carpenters
- Maintain safety compliance
- Deep understanding of residential construction methods and materials - Expert craftsmanship and problem-solving ability
Qualifications:
- 7 years residential carpentry experience
- Proven supervisory or crew-lead experience
Rate: $33-$38/hour, commensurate with experience
