What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bill of Materials Coordinator position at Endera?

General Responsibilities:
- Get a broad understanding of the scope of the current product line.
- Understand naming conventions and nomenclature for parts.
- Read a job traveler packet and understand where to identify directions, options listings, and part numbers.
- Shadow at least one station in order to understand production perspectives.
- Location of spreadsheets and file organization on shared drive.
- Create an item within ERP (with correct description, unit of measure, pricing, vendor contracts, and vendor item number).
- Add/ delete/ modify an item in ERP.
- Create base Bill of Materials
- Adjust job labor hours and notes.
- Understand routes of communication for significant changes made (production, purchasing, warehousing).

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

- Ability to lead, motivate and encourage team members.
- Ability to solve problems swiftly.
- Excel expertise.
- Solid knowledge and application of ERP / MRP
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma and
- 2-4 years of related experience and/or training
