Your Role as a Care Hero As a caregiver with Endeavor, you provide compassionate support that helps clients keep their dignity and independence. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, based on their individual care plans
- Encouraging clients to participate in their own care and maintain proper nutrition and hydration
- Keeping accurate client records during each shift in compliance with company policies
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests
- At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. This is a safety-sensitive position.
- CNA and/or Certified Caregiver license
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
