Hourly Pay Range

$19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Customer Service Representative II
• Location: 501 Skokie Blvd, Northbrook, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, rotating Saturdays
  
  

What You Will Do

• Under general supervision, assist callers (patients, professional staff) with service requests and/or issues, including but not limited to clinical results, supply orders, courier pickup requests, specimen collection/processing information.
• Assist patients in scheduling Laboratory appointments
  
  

What You Will Need

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Certification: N.A.
• Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service or related Health Care preferred
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written English, basic knowledge of computer systems
