Custoemr Service Representative Daily Responsibilities:
- Speak to dozens of customers on a daily basis, providing customer support and product information.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account details to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing orders, returns, or exchanges with a positive attitude.
- Enroll new customer accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Confirm sales transactions
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and resolve concerns effectively.
- Process sales transactions
- Coordinate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential!
- Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are vital for engaging with customers confidently.
- Supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for supporting team initiatives or training new staff.
- Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed.
