Overview
The Supervisor Talent Acquisition Outreach will be responsible for overseeing planning, marketing and execution of external recruitment events within the talent acquisition team to assist the team in meeting long and short-term hiring goals. This position is responsible for supervising, leading and inspiring the recruitment team which includes talent acquisition representatives, departmental recruitment partners.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to develop and deploy the overall outreach strategy for Endeavor Air, while developing and maintaining a cohesive work environment and meeting departmental and organizational goals.
- Work closely with recruitment team members to implement and market the strategy for external recruitment events and programs.
- Lead and direct the work of the Talent Acquisition Representatives.
- Conduct interviews and make selection decisions to hire the most qualified candidates.
- Responsible for sourcing and selection of hourly and exempt positions. Source, staff and select candidates in accordance with employment law regulations, following recruiting principles. Conduct full life cycle of employment process for employees. Undertakes special assignments related to the employment process and other areas as assigned.
- Build relationships and partnerships with leaders and other aviation industry entities to network and support our recruitment programs.
- In coordination with Corporate Communications, creatively source and identify new media of marketing, job posting placement advertising to recruit and drive a large and diverse applicant pool. And assist with the creation of marketing materials, company handouts, and program outlines.
- Provide training to staff on goals, expectations, conduct, responsibilities, and communications to ensure program continuity and consistency in delivery.
- Oversee recruiters to ensure the highest level of professionalism is portrayed by all Endeavor Air Representatives.
- Responsible for performance evaluation and feedback of talent acquisition outreach staff.
- Performs additional functions as assigned.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related business field preferred or combination of education and experience in a Human Resources role.
- 3 years’ professional recruitment and selection experience in aviation or technical industry.
- Working knowledge of corporate roles, and/or other airline positions.
- Leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
- Project Management and program development skills highly preferred.
- Ability to manage a busy schedule and meet given time parameters and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
- Comfortable working with and communicating professionally to all levels within an organization.
- Ability to develop creative and sound written communications for the recruitment team.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- 5-20% travel may be required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Some repetitive motion such as typing.
- Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, electronic equipment, and emergency/galley equipment not to exceed 30 lbs.
- Can involve long periods of sitting.
