Operations Experience (OE) Schedulers manage the scheduling of the recurrent training for the pilots and flight attendants, ensuring they meet Company and FAA requirements.
- Schedule all flight attendant and pilot OE training events, line checks, LCP observation flights, and any other required training events according to the training footprint of each seat and equipment.
- Schedule flights and hotels for crewmembers.
- Manage delays in training and reschedule when necessary.
- Coordinate with Instructors, Check Pilots and Flight Attendants, Crew Pay, Crew Planning and Staffing, Training Scheduling, Inflight and Flight Operations.
- Interpret and apply elements of the crew labor agreements and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Develop and track key measurements of productivity.
- Monitor current and future flight training schedule requirements to manage the ongoing training efforts and requalification efforts to maintain flight crew movement and currency.
- Computer work in a typical office environment, sitting for the majority of the day.

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 1 year of airline scheduling experience
- 2 years of scheduling experience preferred
- Knowledge of airline operations and crew training requirements
- Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- PC proficient in Microsoft Office products and general internet applications
- Experience with CrewTrac (preferred)
- Ability to work extra and on-call hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Repetitive motion such as typing and phone work.
- Minimal physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
