Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator for a position located in Cincinnati, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed cutover checklists, runbooks, and contingency plans in collaboration with client teams.
• Lead and manage go-live cutover planning and execution for Oracle Fusion Cloud go-lives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, business Pillar Leads and vendors to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Provide regular status updates to the PMO team.
Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP systems with a focus on cutover and go-live activities.
• Experience in Sage, Mob3 and JDE1 would be a big plus
• Background in manufacturing, or distribution industries is a plus.
