Desktop Support Specialist
MUST BE LOCAL TO CINCINNATI
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist to provide end-user support across our organization. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to deliver white-glove service to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 and Mac iOS systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support and administer Microsoft Teams, including collaboration features, troubleshooting, and user onboarding.
- Deliver O365 support (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint) and resolve issues related to email, productivity, and collaboration tools.
- Provide timely and efficient email support, ensuring seamless communication across platforms.
- Utilize ServiceNow to track, manage, and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalate issues as required.
- Offer white-glove treatment to executives and high-priority users, ensuring personalized and reliable support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac iOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly support.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
