Encore Pavement Solutions (formerly Encore Striping & Sweeping) is hiring a hard working Parking lot sweeper truck operator to join our team.
This is hands-on, outdoor work — not a desk job. If you show up, work hard, and want to make good money, you’ll fit in here.
What You’ll Do:
- Sweeping lots (retail centers, Walmart, etc.), using a Truck sweeper, not a hand broom.
- overnight work, flexible hours.
- Travel to jobs, mostly around the Des Moines metro.
Pay & Perks:
- $18–$28/hr based on experience
- Overtime available (lots during busy season)
- Full Time Benefits available, 401K, Health, Dental.
- Full Time and Part Time hours available.
What We’re Looking For:
- Shows up on time
- Comfortable working outside
- Can lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
