Description:
Encore Pavement Solutions (formerly Encore Striping & Sweeping) is hiring hard-working crew members.
This is hands-on, outdoor work — not a desk job. If you show up, work hard, and want to make good money, you’ll fit in here.
What You’ll Do:
- Parking lot striping (paint lines, layouts, stencils)
- Power washing & surface prep
- Sweeping lots (retail centers, Walmart, etc.)
- Sealcoating & general pavement work
- Travel to jobs (some overnight stays)
Pay & Perks:
- $20–$28/hr based on experience
- Overtime available (lots during busy season)
- Travel work per diem
- Full Time and Part Time available
What We’re Looking For:
- Shows up on time
- Comfortable working outside
- Can lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
Salary : $20 - $28
