Water Mitigation Project Manager – Encore RRC
Encore RRC is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Project Manager to oversee emergency water damage projects from initial inspection through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑driven, and confident managing multiple jobs in a fast‑paced restoration environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead water mitigation projects from start to finish
- Perform inspections, moisture readings, and job documentation
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Coordinate technicians, schedules, and materials
- Communicate clearly with insureds, adjusters, and internal team members
- Maintain accurate notes, photos, and daily job updates
- Ensure projects meet Encore RRC quality and compliance standards
Requirements
- 1–2 years of water mitigation or restoration experience
- Strong understanding of drying systems, extraction, and mitigation processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- IICRC WRT (preferred but not required)
