Restoration Project Manager – Encore RRC
Encore RRC is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and confident using Xactimate for estimates and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage restoration projects from inspection to completion
- Build accurate estimates and scopes in Xactimate
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections
- Communicate professionally with insureds, adjusters, and team members
- Maintain detailed job notes, photos, and updates
- Ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule
Requirements
- 2 years restoration or construction project management
- Xactimate experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast‑paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
