Main Requirements
Experience in restoration carpentry (fire, smoke, and water damage repairs)
Ability to remove, replace, and rebuild damaged framing, flooring, cabinetry, and trim
Knowledge of moisture mitigation, mold-resistant materials, and fire-rated construction practices
Skilled in reading insurance scopes, restoration plans, and blueprints
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work in occupied homes
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials, work in varied environments (wet, smoky, or confined spaces)
Commitment to safety standards, building codes, and compliance requirements
