About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Maintenance Crew Members to join our team.
Maintenance Crew Member Job Duties
- Maintain landscaping on commercial properties
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, edgers)
- Remove weeds and perform general landscape upkeep
- Conduct site clean-up and debris removal
- Follow maintenance schedules and quality standards
- Drive company's truck.
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance (4 years preferred)
- Experience with mowers, edgers, weed wackers, and other maintenance equipment
- Knowledge of plants, trees, and basic landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
- Team player with strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Clean MVR record
Physical Requirements
This role involves physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing), and operating equipment. You should be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions, including high temperatures during summer months.
