At Design Tree Maintenance, we are searching for a driven, full-time Tree Crew Lead to join our award-winning team in Phoenix, AZ. With pay ranging from $180 to $400 per day, depending on experience.

We're also looking for someone with managerial experience or team lead experience. You don't have to be a Tree Foreman, just someone who has experience in being a lead.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- A proactive leader who takes ownership and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
- 3-5 years leading a team of employees in any industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
