What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fire and Water Restoration Technician position at Encore Construction, LLC?
We are a newer, fast-growing restoration company, and we’re looking to add motivated Water & Fire Damage Technicians to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company on the rise, with plenty of room for advancement as we continue to expand.
What You’ll Do:
- Water damage mitigation and structural drying
- Fire and smoke damage clean-up
- Pack-out, inventory, and contents cleaning
- Assist with demolition and site preparation as needed
- Operate company fleet vehicles safely and responsibly
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing our company
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in restoration, construction, or related field
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and drive to grow with the company
- IICRC certification is not required, but is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a good to decent driving record (required)
