Central Supply Coordinator

Located in [Job Location], we are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) that offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing services. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and services to our residents, and we're seeking a dedicated Central Supply Coordinator to help us achieve this goal.
Principle Duties:
1. Accurately process purchase orders in a timely and effective manner.
2. Process capital/reserve requests and support each department on necessary bids/business case necessary for submission to controller.
3. Ensure reconciliation of delivery of items purchased with invoices.
4. Manage inventory for Health Care Center and Plant Operations.
5. Maintain accurate ETA dates for open orders.
6. Collaborate with accounting to reconcile invoice variances.
7. Manage expenses as it pertains to inventory for Health Care Center.
8. Other duties as requested by DON.
9. Assist with SNF with QAPI meeting and maintaining records.
10. Schedule equipment to have scheduled calibration.
11. Order and monitor oxygen room.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred. Experience in inventory management is a must.
