Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is searching for experienced, caring & dependable applicants to join our TEAM as a Central Supply Clerk.
Available Shift : Day
- Possess dependable, organized and quality skills to maintain the facility resident care supplies.
- Posess supply and inventory management skills
- Strong clerical / office computer and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, exhibit flexibility, personal integrity, and be able to work effectively with employees, management, and co-workers.
- Demonstrate tactful interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
- Be able to successfully pass all pre-employment background & drug tests.
- Familiar with Federal and State long term care regulations and requirements.
Purpose of this position : The purpose of the Cental Supply Clerk is to evaluate facility needs for resident care supplies.
This position reports to : DON, ADON, Administrator
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent
