Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.
- Support procurement activities and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Contribute to problem-solving on-site issues and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and changes.
- Attend WIP meetings and document action items.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Accubid.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of safety standards and contract administration is preferred.
- Civil 3D or HeavyBid experience is a plus but not mandatory.
