Nurse Manager Opportunity
As a Nurse Manager at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jacksonville, you'll lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing personnel and ensure they're adequately trained and equipped to provide exceptional care.

- Identify training needs for staff members and collaborate with other leaders to address them.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- BLS certification with ACLS certification obtainable within one year.
- CRRN certification obtainable within a year of meeting eligibility requirements.
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Previous leadership experience, preferably as a charge nurse or lead capacity.
Salary : $83,000 - $120,000
