Escrow Officer
Escrow Officer MUST bring/provide their own book of business. We offer aggressive commission schedule and flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Review contracts and loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Prepare escrow instructions, settlement statements, and other required documents.
- Calculate prorations, interest, and other financial adjustments as necessary.
- Facilitate the signing of documents by all parties involved in the transaction.
- Disburse funds according to the terms of the escrow instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is filed.
- Attract clients by contacting prospects; following-up on leads; explaining services
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or similar role in the real estate industry.
- RBJ proficiency required
- Strong knowledge of contract and loan processing procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
