About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dining Services Professional to join our team at Enchantment Group Management Company LLC. As a key member of our food and beverage service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive and professional service.
Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver superior service according to Hospitality Standards for Food and Beverage
• Arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for work
• Collect and set up necessary equipment to perform job including all side-work
• Complete knowledge of all menus and wine lists
• Take food and beverage orders in complete and timely fashion
• Serve guests and internal employees in established standards
• Keep work station clean at all times
• Read all memos
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers
• Operate POS in proficient manner
• Report to Food & Beverage Manager before ending work shift
• Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the resort at all times
• Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting coworkers and other departments as necessary to exceed our guest's expectations
• Work efficiently and as a team
Working Conditions:
This role requires working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment with frequent interaction with guests and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Availability to work varied shifts including AM and PM shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
