Textile Design Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Textile Senior Designer will be responsible for the design, creation, and development of Bedding, Throws and Bath for major retailers.
- Mange project to timely and high-quality execution.
- Define seasonal vision to balance market trends with artistic innovation.
- Design original artwork / Excellent CAD skill
- Forecast seasonal trends and curate signature color palette.
- Translate creative ideas into precise, production-ready tech packs.
- Apply a deep understanding of fabric constructions and behaviors.
- Review factories strike off and troubleshoot technical challenges live.
- Perform related duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES
- Proficient in 3D Design Software, CAD, Photoshop & Illustrator is Required
- Efficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite
- Excellent Time Management Skills to Meet Strict Deadlines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with a dynamic team
- Experience working directly with overseas factories and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to combine creative innovation with commercial viability.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and industry-standard CAD software.
- Strong understanding of color theory, print development, pattern design, trend forecasting, and textile construction.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, with 7 years of experience in textile, print, pattern, or fashion design.
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
