Senior Licensing Coordinator
Position Type: Full-Time / Hybrid

Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Founded in 1986, Enchanté Accessories is a first-generation, family-owned company based in New York City and a leader in consumer product development, manufacturing, and distribution across categories including Cosmetics & Bath & Body, Home Décor, Kitchenware, Tabletop & Hydration, Storage, Stationery & Party, Textiles, and more. Our portfolio includes both owned brands, such as Cook With Color and Dwell Studios, as well as a diverse range of licensed partners, including but not limited to: Disney, Crayola, Vera Bradley, Papyrus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nautica, Anne Klein, Nicole Miller, Trina Turk, and Life is Good.
We are seeking a Senior Licensing Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of licensed product development and approvals across multiple product categories. Reporting to the Senior Licensing Manager, Creative, this role will be a key member of our growing Licensing team, helping drive product development from concept through approval. A significant portion of the position will focus on Disney approvals within our Cosmetics & Bath & Body business, making prior experience with Disney licensing systems, brand standards, and approval processes highly desirable.
- Coordinate product and packaging approvals across multiple categories, including hardlines, soft lines, and consumables.
- Manage communication and creative feedback between licensors and internal teams.
- Build, maintain, and track product development timelines, key milestones, and approval schedules
- Work with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure appropriate product safety testing and quality documentation is submitted.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and approval milestones are met.
- Identify potential project roadblocks and proactively help drive solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Design, Sales, Sourcing, and Quality Assurance.
- Support the management of licensed properties with a strong focus on Cosmetics, Bath & Body, and Disney programs.
- Utilize licensing platforms and asset management systems to submit, track, and manage approvals.
- Perform related duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with licensing systems such as Disney OPA, Media box, or similar asset management platforms.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2–3 years of experience managing consumer product and packaging development from concept through final delivery.
