Sales & Production Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales & Production Coordinator to support our wholesale sales and product development teams. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in order management, communication, and production support across our beauty product lines. You’ll learn and grow with us in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Support project timelines across sales, product development, and production.
- Coordinate with overseas factories on samples and production, under guidance.
- Assist with artwork updates for the Canadian account, ensuring brand standards.
- Keep team members informed with timely updates.
- Provide general administrative support to sales and production as needed.
- Process and track customer orders accurately and on time.
- Communicate with retailers and internal teams about order status and inventory as needed.
- Maintain and update internal systems and reports (AIMS, Excel).
COMPETENCIES
- Familiarity with international production or vendor communication is a plus
- Experience with retail math or sales/inventory analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of AIMS or similar order management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and Office tools.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Interest in growing into roles involving supplier communication and sourcing.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales or equivalent, with wholesale imports or related experience; or an Associate’s degree with 2 year of wholesale imports or related experience; or 3 years sales experience
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
