Production Coordinator
Position Type: Full-Time / Onsite
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will oversee and manage the production process from order placement through final delivery. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through are essential. The ability to manage multiple orders while coordinating across departments is key to success.
- Send order requests to vendors and confirm order details, including back orders
- Enter purchase orders into the system and distribute to vendors
- Maintain and update cost sheet data within the Purchase Order system
- Manage and track the Time and Action calendar to ensure all production milestones are met for each order and product category
- Coordinate with Sales, Art Department, and Product Development teams to ensure timely shipments in accordance with order requirements
- Review and approve carton markings and packaging layouts
- Monitor production timelines and proactively address delays or issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all order details are up to date
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure smooth workflow and execution
- Perform related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BA/BFA Degree in Fashion Merchandising or Related Field with 2 years’ experience
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
