What You Will Do
Office environment. Limited travel (<5%) is required for site visits, conferences, or team events.
Physical Requirements
Responsibilities include, among other tasks: grasping, kneeling, lifting objects up to 45 pounds with light to moderate effort, reaching above shoulder level, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual tasks such as seeing screens, detecting color codes, reading fine print, and hearing.
Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:
Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral or written instructions and other information. Grasp complex problems and collaborate to explore alternative solutions. Coordinate thoughts and ideas into clear terminology. Prioritize and manage the work schedule on a short-term basis. Make decisions with moderate impact on the immediate work unit and observe effects beyond this area. Understand and follow basic instructions.

What You Will Do
- Provide full Project Control Management, consisting of cost/schedule development and control during the full lifecycle of projects.
- Generate regular and ad hoc analysis including graphs, summary tables, and presentations.
- Support the Project Engineer/Manager in managing the Project Scope by offering insight into scope definition, verification, change control, and the financial status of projects.
- Work with internal team to understand incurred field costs and collaborators for indirect costs and compare against budget and monthly forecast values.
- Prepare expenditure profiles, work force histograms, comparative capital cost estimates for projects and total program monthly forecast summaries.
- Provide estimating support to other departments’ cost management for internal cost controls.
- Bachelor's University Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or Accounting related fields. Other post-secondary education may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Controls or Project Management experience is required.
- General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, graphing, SUMIFS) and experience with MS Office Suite and Oracle/SAP systems.
- Problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning and leadership skills.
- Collaborative, team-focused, and customer-focused work style.

US Salary
- Ranges from $80,500 – $108,900 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
