Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate field commissioning activities for small, medium, and large Enbridge Projects through the management of either 3rd Party Specialized Contractors or internal Enbridge Technicians.
- Provide expertise to project teams in the development of comprehensive commissioning and start-up resource and execution plans (resource loading, cost estimates, precedence and critical path schedules, etc.) required to effectively and efficiently support the Liquid Pipelines and Gas Pipelines portfolio of projects.
- Apply diligence in communications with project team members which include internal and external functional stakeholders/resources and elements.
- Manage issues identified through the commissioning phase of projects and use technical expertise to resolve these issues.
- Ability to understand and apply all Enbridge Commissioning Processes and Procedures and assist with their development and continual improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or related construction or operational training and/or experience.
- Minimum 4-years of previous related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required (total of 7 years).
- Experience as an Electrician or similar occupation with experience in commissioning within the oil and gas sector is preferred.
- A technical and working knowledge of design and construction codes such as NEC, CEC, CSA Z662, AEUB, NEB, etc. is required.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills with proven ability to independently lead and/or coordinate work with diverse groups and individual personalities as appropriate (project team, internal and external stakeholders, customers and contractors).
- Office based role with frequent scheduled travel (25-50%) to construction sites across the pipeline system in Canada and US. Valid passport and ability to travel across North America is required.
- Project-generated disruptions to off-the-job personal activities. This includes extended working hours and handling after-hours calls requesting direction and assistance on weekends or during evening hours. Approximately 5 to 10 occurrences quarterly.
- You will undergo various background screening that includes but is not limited to 5-year driving record, criminal check and a company sponsored medical.

Salary
- Ranges from $80,500 – $110,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
