Role Description
This is a part-time Marketing Specialist role based out of Seattle, WA, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing a mix of on the road and virtual work. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research, and engage with customers to promote Enabled Health’s services. The role involves enhancing outreach efforts, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the growth of the company’s presence in targeted areas.
We are Looking For: A personable, strategic and energetic sales and marketing professional and business development manager that will act as the primary liaison between local assisted living facilities and our company. You will service as an important front facing member of the team and will be responsible for building trusted and collaborative relationships between assisted living facilities, adult family homes, and care managers within hospitals.
Your core mission is to build trust-based partnerships with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and community planners to secure our services as their preferred medical care provider.
This is a hunter role—you will be traveling daily, cold-calling, building a referral network, and closing agreements that increase our census.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Development & Prospecting: Research, identify, and cultivate new relationships with ALF Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and regional health systems and hospitals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing referral partners to ensure consistent referral volume.
- Consultative Selling: Meet with decision-makers to present Enabled Health’s services, highlighting how our medical care improves resident outcomes and occupancy rates for the facility.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM software to track leads, schedule visits, and document all sales activities, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Clinical Collaboration: Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure a seamless transition of care for new residents referred by facilities.
- Networking: Represent Enabled health at senior housing industry events, community meetings, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-7 years of B2B outside sales experience, specifically in healthcare, senior living, home health, hospice, or medical supplies.
- Skills: Proven track record of navigating gatekeepers, cold-calling, and closing deals (closing sales of services).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of assisted living regulations, Medicare/Medicaid, and the senior living landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with both clinical professionals and elderly patients/families.
- Technical: Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel.
