As an Independent Supported Living Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This may include helping with personal care tasks, household chores, transportation, and social activities. You will also work closely with each individual to develop and implement personalized goals and plans for achieving greater independence.
We are seeking someone who is energetic, compassionate, and patient, with a strong commitment to promoting the rights and autonomy of individuals with disabilities. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. A valid driver's license and good driving record as defined by Enable, Inc's policy and reliable transportation is required.
