Building Maintenance Associate II

EMSL is seeking a Building Maintenance Associate II in Cinnaminson, NJ. Ideal candidate would be someone that is flexible, can manage time well, and is handy with general maintenance duties. Candidate will be based in Cinnaminson, NJ but will be required to travel to any of our laboratories and properties located throughout North America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participation in various maintenance and construction projects as part of a team or individual including commercial, residential, and retail properties as directed
Completes work orders efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards
Facility renovations including but not limited to space planning, new construction, painting, light plumbing and electrical, trash removal and other tasks
Occasional travel throughout the tri-state area driving company vehicle 

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely and without restriction or sponsorship
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and/or maintenance 
Must have your own hand tools 
Ability to lift a minimum of 35lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments
Some forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Travel required 
Occasional overnight travel required 
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems a plus
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Background Check Required 

Available Shift:
Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
