About The Opportunity

As a Parts Production Supervisor at My Auto Store (MAS), you will be responsible for leading the greening, engine prep and engine drop process, as well as providing directional support to personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the engine drop and greening procedures, including the extraction of fluids and preparation of vehicles for engine removal.
- Direct the process of removing batteries, cutting Freon lines, and detaching catalytic converters from vehicles.
- Verify that no hazardous materials remain in vehicles through quality control checks.
- Perform pre-checks of the production line at the start of the day using a maintenance report to ensure everything is in proper working order.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
- 2-3 years of previous experience in automotive repair, dismantling, or salvage operations preferred.
- Ability to lead a production team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of all makes and models of cars.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
