What You’ll Do
As a Manager Trainee, you’ll rotate through key departments to gain practical experience and in-depth knowledge:
Operations: Learn material processing, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
Commercial: Collaborate with suppliers and customers, analyze market trends, and negotiate pricing.
Logistics: Coordinate transportation, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize efficiency.
Environmental & Compliance: Understand regulations, sustainability initiatives, and participate in audits.
Health & Safety: Enforce workplace safety protocols and conduct safety audits.
Financial Management: Gain insights into budgeting, cost control, and key performance metrics.
Leadership Development: Participate in training workshops and lead impactful projects.
What You Need to Succeed
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Enthusiasm for hands-on work in an industrial environment.
Willingness to relocate or travel for rotational training, with access to a personal vehicle.
What to Expect
Work in indoor and outdoor environments in and around Camden, NJ, and PA.
Varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
Physical activity includes lifting up to 50 lbs., working with machinery, and using tools.
Travel required for rotational training.
