We are seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Mobile, AL depot. In this role, you will operate heavy equipment such as material handlers and excavators to assist with metal recycling operations, perform equipment inspections, and ensure safe and efficient material handling.

We are seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Mobile, AL depot. In this role, you will operate heavy equipment such as material handlers and excavators to assist with metal recycling operations, perform equipment inspections, and ensure safe and efficient material handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate material handler and/or excavator to move materials safely
- Complete daily equipment reports
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow all health, safety, and operational protocols
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Previous experience with material handlers or excavators is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold)
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Must pass criminal background check, physical, and drug screening
